Taarifa Ya Jeshi La Ulinzi La Wananchi Wa Tanzania Kufuatia Habari Iliyoandikwa Kwenye Gazeti La Tanzania Daima

Jeshi la Ulinzi la Wananchi wa Tanzania limesikitishwa na taarifa iliyotolewa na gazeti la Tanzania Daima toleo Nambari 4290 la tarehe 01 Septemba 2016, ikihusisha shughuli za Jeshi hilo zinazoendelea katika maadhimisho ya miaka 52 ya kuzaliwa kwake na shughuli za kisiasa.

Tunapenda  kuwataarifu wananchi kwamba kazi ya Jeshi ni kulinda na kutetea maslahi ya Taifa na mipaka ya nchi, aidha, Jeshi letu linafanya kazi kwa kufuata mila, desturi, nidhamu, kanuni na sheria za Kijeshi kwa weledi wa hali ya juu, hivyo lisihusishwe na propaganda zozote za kisiasa kwani Jeshi letu ni lenye maadili ya kitaasisi ya hali ya juu. 

Jeshi ni taasisi ya dola wala si taasisi ya kiitikadi, kwa maana uhusiano wake na wanasiasa ni wakati linapotetea na kulinda maslahi ya wananchi.  Inaombwa kuwa makini katika utoaji wa maelezo au malalamiko, iachwe mara moja vyama vya siasa kuingilia ratiba za Kijeshi.  

Ikumbukwe kwamba tarehe 25 Julai kila mwaka ni siku ya kuwakumbuka Mashujaa wetu waliolitumikia Taifa hili kwa umakini na nguvu zote kwa kuleta mafanikio tunayoyaona, na hii ilipitishwa mwaka 1979 wakati Majeshi yetu yanarudi kutoka Uganda baada ya ushindi wa vita vya Kagera. 

Sherehe ya mapokezi hayo yalifanyika mji wa Bunazi Wilaya ya Misenye wakati huo Wilaya ya Bukoba Mkoani Kagera ilipoanzishwa kuwa tarehe hiyo iwe siku ya Mashujaa na kupitishwa Kisheria,  ikabaki siku ya tarehe 01 Septemba kuwa ni siku ya kuanzishwa kwa Jeshi la Ulinzi la Wananchi wa Tanzania, hivyo jana tulikuwa tunasherekea siku ya kuzaliwa JWTZ. Ieleweke hivyo na iachwe mara moja kuchanganya shughuli za Kijeshi na mambo ya Kisiasa, viongozi wa kisiasa wekeni kumbukumbu zenu vizuri.

Jeshi linasisitiza wanasiasa ni vizuri wakasoma vema historia ya nchi wanayotaka kuiongoza na wanayoongoza ili kuepusha upotoshaji, lugha na maneno yanayotolewa na viongozi wa kisiasa wenye matakwa binafsi kuhusisha shughuli za Jeshi na siasa zao yanatia ukakasi na kiungulia, awe makini kuongea vitu ambavyo haelewi na kutokuwa makini zaidi aelewe madhara yanayoweza kutokea kutokana na upotoshaji.

Orodha ya Wanafunzi Waliochaguliwa Kujiunga na Kidato cha tano Awamu ya pili

                             

Ofisi ya Rais -TAMISEMI inatangaza majina ya wanafunzi waliochaguliwa kujiunga na Kidato cha Tano awamu ya Pili (Second Selection) kwa mwaka 2016.

Jumla ya wanafunzi 3,918 wakiwemo wasichana 2,413 na wavulana 1,505 wamechaguliwa kujiunga na Kidato cha Tano awamu ya pili kwa ajili ya kujaza nafasi zilizoachwa wazi na wanafunzi ambao hawakuripoti awamu ya kwanza.

Kati ya wanafunzi waliochaguliwa 1,864 wakiwemo wasichana 1,099 na wavulana 765 sawa na asilimia 47.58 watajiunga na masomo ya Sayansi na Hisabati; na wanafunzi 2,054 wakiwemo wasichana 1,314 na wavulana 740 sawa na asilimia 52.42 wamechaguliwa kusoma masomo ya Sanaa na Biashara.

Wanafunzi waliochaguliwa kujiunga na Kidato cha Tano awamu ya pili mwaka 2015 wanatakiwa kuripoti katika shule walizopangwa kwa wakati. Endapo mwanafunzi atachelewa kuripoti kwa zaidi ya siku 14 kuanzia tarehe ya tangazo hili atakuwa amepoteza nafasi hii.

Waziri Mkuu Majaliwa Akwama Kuhamia Dodoma

SERIKALI Mkoa wa Dodoma imesema Waziri Mkuu, Kassim Majaliwa atahamia rasmi mkoani humo mara baada ya kumalizika kwa vikao vya Bunge vinavyoanza wiki ijayo, Septemba 6.

Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Dodoma, Jordan Rugimbana alisema baada ya kufika Dodoma, ataanza kuratibu utaratibu wa wizara mbalimbali kuhamia katika Makao Makuu hayo ya nchi.

Pamoja na hayo Jeshi la Polisi limejipanga kuongeza vituo vya Polisi ili kuimarisha ulinzi wakati serikali itakapohamia na hakuna mwananchi atakayenyang’anywa ardhi yake kwa sababu yoyote ile.

Katika mkutano wake na waandishi wa habari jana, Rugimbana alisema kama mkoa walishauri ujio huo ufanyike mara baada ya kikao cha Bunge na Waziri Mkuu ameridhia suala hilo.

Alisema Waziri Mkuu atakuwa Mratibu wa wizara zote kuhamia Dodoma na kazi hiyo ataianza rasmi mara baada ya kuwasili mkoani humo.

Alisema maandalizi yanaendelea vizuri na ukarabati wa nyumba ya Waziri Mkuu umefikia asilimia 90.

Alisema Mkuu wa Wilaya ya Dodoma, Christine Mndeme aliyekutana na makundi mbalimbali kwa ajili ya mapokezi ya Waziri Mkuu.

“Awali tulisema atakuja Septemba Mosi lakini baada ya kushauriana tumeona aje mara baada ya vikao vya Bunge kwani pilikapilika nyingi zitakuwa zimepungua, kama serikali ikiamua kuja leo tutaipokea kwani maandalizi ya serikali kuja Dodoma yamekamilika kwa asilimia 70,” alisema.

Gabon opposition head Jean Ping: Government 'destroyed' opposition headquarters

Gabon's announcement of President Ali Bongo re-election has sparked violent protests across the country. Opposition leader Jean Ping tells DW the violence has led to many casualties.

Jean Ping: There is fighting and dead bodies everywhere. We don't know how many have died, but the number is high. We can say for certain that our headquarters were attacked starting at 1 a.m. today. A helicopter from the presidential guard bombed it, then the building was stormed on the ground by the guard, the police and mercenaries. They came in and destroyed absolutely everything. The entire building has been destroyed. They took everything with them and arrested anyone they found inside. Two people were killed in the headquarters and multiple other people injured. Corpses are lying all over the city.

What is the material damage?

Most of the cars in the courtyard - there were more than ten - have been destroyed. How can the president bombard his own people from the air? When Assad does that in Syria, the whole world is up in arms. But when a tyrant fires at his people here with a helicopter, it seems not to interest anyone. Terrible things are happening. This man [Bongo] will end up before the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

What solution would you propose?

What we have been recommending for some time now is also what most Western politicians are calling for: that most of the polling stations be re-counted. Only then can we know the truth, but he [Bongo] does not want that. He has announced only the results he wanted to announce. He called a turnout of 99.93 percent in his home region of Upper-Ogooué. These numbers cannot be right. The average turnout in the rest of the country was 53 percent. These are made up numbers, which he himself has fabricated.

What are you asking from your followers?

Our supporters have been arrested, killed, pelted with tear gas and incarcerated. We cannot appeal to the dead. What should we tell them? They are dead. In the rest of the city and the country, uprisings are taking place everywhere. These are the Gabonese people. No one is controlling the situation. Nobody. Despite the killing, the people are standing firm, I am told. I am unable to leave where I am, so I could not see it for myself. I am told that things are on fire all over the place.

Jean Ping was President Ali Bongo's challenger in last Saturday's presidential elections. He is the former Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission.

Selena Gomez Cancels Tour Dates Over Anxiety And Depression

Selena Gomez has cancelled the European leg of her world tour over "anxiety, panic attacks and depression".

The singer and actress, 24, revealed last year she had been diagnosed with chronic autoimmune disease lupus which causes the body's immune system to attack healthy tissue.

She said she had decided to take time off, almost halfway through her gruelling seven-month Revival tour schedule, to "focus on maintaining my health and happiness". 

The break will affect at least shows, including five in the UK and Ireland, which had been due to take place in November. 

In a statement released by promoter Live Nation, Gomez said: "As many of you know, around a year ago I revealed that I have lupus, an illness that can affect people in different ways.

Gomez famously dated singer Justin Bieber

"I've discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges.

"I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off.

"Thank you to all my fans for your support. You know how special you are to me, but I need to face this head on to ensure I am doing everything possible to be my best.

"I know I am not alone and by sharing this, I hope others will be encouraged to address their own issues."

It is not clear whether the tour will continue for scheduled dates in Dubai, South America and Mexico.

After confirming her lupus diagnosis, Gomez told Billboard she had undergone chemotherapy during a break she took during her 2013 Stars Dance tour.

According to the NHS, lupus is a complex and poorly understood condition that affects many parts of the body and causes mild to life-threatening symptoms.

The most common symptoms include extreme tiredness, rashes on the face, wrists and hands and joint pain and swelling.

Rebel Syrian fighters have reportedly uncovered a prison used by Islamic State militants to torture women.

Independent news agency Arab24 said a prison with 10 small rooms had been found in Manbij, a Syrian city recently liberated from IS. 

The discovery was made by fighters from the Manbij Military Council, which is part of the US-backed, Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). 

Rebel fighters say the apparent prison was well hidden

Ibrahim Al-Mohammed told the agency: "We discovered an Islamic State group prison for women, with rooms for groups as well as solitary prisoners.

"We found the worst, most violent torture tools, and may God curse them."

Sexual stimulants, contraceptives and narcotics were also uncovered at the site, the fighters said.

Military council group leader Omar Mazerli said: "We found various kinds of pills, including sexual stimulation, contraceptives and narcotic pills which were used by the Islamic State group for torture.

"They have very strange ways. This place was very hard to find and it is well hidden, but we got here with God's will and the efforts of the Military Council."

The fighters said the prison would have been used by IS to hold women who defied their orders.

Writing on the wall in Arabic said: "God, I have wronged myself, and no one forgives sins but you. Forgive me, you are forgiving and merciful."

The discovery comes just weeks after the SDF reclaimed control of the city from IS, freeing thousands of captive civilians, following a fight that has lasted for months.

Residents celebrated their freedom by taking to the streets, with men cutting their beards and women setting fire to niqabs in defiance at the militant group's strict restrictions on clothing and facial hair.

The capture of Manbij is the biggest defeat for IS in Syria since July 2015, when they lost the town of Tal Abyad on the border with Turkey.

Manbij is an important location as it lies on a key supply route between the Turkish border and the city of Raqqa, IS's self-declared capital.

Sky News correspondent Alex Rossi said the city had become known as "little London" due to the number of British jihadist fighters who stayed there on their way to Raqqa.

US officials said with Manbij under control, it paves the way for a move on Raqqa.

Donald Trump's wife has filed a libel suit against a blogger and the Daily Mail over reports alleging she worked as an "escort" in the 1990s.

Melania Trump's attorney, Charles Harder, said the reports contained several statements "that are 100% false and tremendously damaging to her personal and professional reputation".

Bodi ya Mikopo inapenda kuufahamisha Umma kuwa ‘database’ yake ya wanufaika wa mikopo ina taarifa zote muhimu zilizo sahihi. Hii inatokana na utunzaji mzuri wa kumbukumbu za ukopeshaji kuanzia hatua ya utoaji mikopo (loan allocation and disbursement) hadi urejeshaji wake (loan repayment).  Kutokana hamasa na elimu inayotolewa, kumekuwepo na mwitikio mkubwa wa wanufaika wa mikopo na waajiri wao kujitokeza na kuanza kurejesha mikopo. Hivyo, katika utekelezaji wa jukumu hilo, tumebaini kuwepo kwa malalamiko kutoka kwa baadhi ya wadaiwa kwamba ama hawakuwahi kukopa au hawajawahi kufikia kiwango cha elimu ya juu.

Hadi sasa, imebainika kuwepo kwa baadhi ya wanufaika ambao wanadai hawakujua iwapo fedha walizopatiwa na serikali wakati huo zilikuwa za mkopo. Pia kuna wachache ambao vyeti vyao vilitumiwa na ndugu zao kwa ajili ya masomo ya elimu ya juu. Katika hali hii, mdaiwa atalazimika kumtaja mtu halisi anayepaswa kukatwa deni hilo ili Bodi iweze kusitisha makato hayo kwake.

Ili kupata ufumbuzi wa malalamiko hayo, Bodi inawataka walalamikaji kuzingatia yafuatayo:

2.1 Kwa mtu anayedai kwamba hajasoma elimu ya juu kwa ufadhili wa serikali au Bodi ya Mikopo ya Wanafunzi wa Elimu ya Juu; mtu huyu awasilishe vielelezo vinavyodhihirisha kuwa hakusomeshwa kwa ufadhili wa serikali.

2.2 Kwa mtu anayedai amekatwa mshahara ingawa hajawahi kufikia kiwango cha elimu ya juu; mtu huyo anapaswa kuwasilisha vielelezo vya kiwango cha elimu yake.

2.3 Iwapo kuna mnufaika wa mkopo anadai amekatwa zaidi ya kiwango cha mkopo anaodaiwa; mnufaika huyo anapaswa kuwasilisha vielelezo vinavyothibitisha kumaliza kurejesha deni lake. Itakapothibitika kuwa kuna makato zaidi yalifanyika, basi kiasi kilichozidi kitarejeshwa kwa mhusika.

3.0 HITIMISHO
Bodi inapenda kuwahakikishia wadau wake kuwa imetunza vizuri taarifa zote muhimu za wanufaika wa mikopo ambazo ndizo zinazotumika kwenye zoezi la urejeshaji wa mikopo.  Kasoro ndogo ndogo zinazojitokeza zinatatuliwa kwa kufanya rejea kwenye kumbukumbu zilizopo.

Aidha, Bodi inaendelea kuwahimiza wanufaika wote wa mikopo ambao hawajaanza kurejesha mikopo yao kuhakikisha wanawasilisha taaifa zao ofisi za Bodi au wanajaza taarifa zao kweye fomu ‘Loan Inquiry Form’ iliyopo kwenye tovuti ya Bodi na kuituma kwa anuani ya barua pepe info@heslb.go.tz ili kila mmoja ajulishwe deni lake na kuanza kurejesha.

Kwa mnufaika anayetaka kuanza kurejesha mkopo wake baada ya kuwa amepata taarifa ya deni lake; aweke fedha kwenye akaunti za Benki zifuatazo na kisha kuwasilisha hati ya malipo:
