Description

i. Plan, organize and teach candidates in a manner that encourages professional development in harmony with KPS mission, vision and values. ii. Use recommended references to develop study materials that clearly outline the course requirements, rationale, goals, and objectives. iii. Submits digital copies of study materials to Office Administrator or Centre Coordinator. iv. Prepares case studies and assignments to help candidates grasp course content and how it integrates with overall learning outcomes for that course. v. Teaches courses according to PSPTB syllabus and standards. vi. Documents students’ attendance, participation, and professional progress by giving and grading assignments, projects/case studies and quizzes. vii. Dedicate ample time for counseling and mentoring students in matters related to procurement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Holder of CPSP or Post Graduate or Masters in Procurement or related profession with intensive knowledge on current PSPTB syllabus and examinations format. -Ability to teach professional level one, professional level four and professional level five. -Must reside in either Mwanza, Dodoma or Dar es salaam.
